In the beginning, Lionel Kelland Hospice was just an idea, conceived of by caring, compassionate people in a province where no community-based hospice yet existed. Facing a twofold challenge of ground-up fundraising and brand awareness, the Hospice Board came to Prime.
We got to work building the Hospice’s overall brand, and a supporting website that acted as a streamlined donation system with regular construction updates and detailed information expressing the Hospice’s mission and services to be provided. In addition, we produced a compelling social media presence that educated, kept fundraising active, and showcased the medical and social supports the Hospice would provide.
Since coming on board with the Hospice we’ve helped them raise almost $8 million and counting. In the fall of 2023, after a successful Prime-produced capital campaign, Lionel Kelland Hospice celebrated opening day – a milestone our team won’t forget.
As we continue our work for the Hospice that includes overseeing a new admissions-focused website, monthly social media, seasonal fundraising campaigns, tour videos, press releases and more, Lionel Kelland Hospice is doing what it does best – supporting families while its marketing agency nurtures the brand and online presence with Prime’s own special brand of care.
