Drawing on our extensive experience in video production and creative storytelling, grounded in authentic local voices and regional insight, we focused on what makes WorkplaceNL shine: its supportive, people-first environment. Centering the “Make It Your Workplace” campaign on this authentic culture, we developed videos that dispel misconceptions and highlight opportunities to grow, learn, and advance in a workplace where employees feel accepted and encouraged.

Filmed across all WorkplaceNL locations, the series captures the organization’s genuine spirit while showcasing benefits and career possibilities.
