Extensive research before conceptualization revealed that approachability builds client trust, improves communication, and leads to better client outcomes and satisfaction. As a result, we centred the brand refresh around O’Dea Earle’s trustworthiness, experience, and approachability.
Rounding out the refresh, we also created a jingle and a fully redeveloped, user-friendly website aligned with the renewed brand.
Approachable look & feel
We developed a series of videos for streaming platforms and theatres, along with digital assets that highlighted the firm’s human side more than ever before, reinforcing their role as a caring, knowledgeable, and truly local team.
